Meeting With Cristyn
Thank you for your interest in MAXIMUM RESULTS Personal Fitness and Wellness Training. I hope you have had the opportunity to visit the rest of the website and now know a little bit more about me, my services and philosophies.
The First Step:
The first step towards meeting is the "Start-Up" packet. This packet includes a Medical History Questionnaire, Exercise History, Lifestyle and Goals Questionnaire, as well as some other initial information. So, email me with your mailing address and I can get that packet out to you ASAP! When you have completed the paperwork, please send it back to me so I can review it thoroughly before our first session.
The First Session:
The first session is an hour in length. We will be going over your "Start-Up" paperwork together in detail. A lot of time will be spent on exploring your individual and personal goals, what you are struggling with currently, and what your past struggles have been. We will look at what has and has not worked for you in the past and what direction you need to be taking now. The first session will be intake and assessment and a chance for you to let me know how working with your own personal trainer will be of most benefit to you. Depending on the goals you express, we will start will an educational piece which will involve some "home-work"!
Where Will We Meet?
I am available for consultations and workouts at my studio in Dover, Vanguard Fitness Centers (In Dover, Portsmouth, Hampton, York ME and Newburyport MA), and we can even workout in the comfort of your own home!
How Often Will We Meet?
In the beginning (the first 4-5 weeks) it is crucial that we have continuity and try to meet at least on a weekly basis. Many clients continue to meet on a weekly basis, or at some point, depending on their goals and progress, will go to every other week and eventually to once a month. It's different for everyone as everyone has their own personal goals and needs. (In some instances, where called for, I may even meet with a client more than once per week.) It depends on a lot of variables, including your budget, so don't hesitate to discuss these issues with me.
How Much Does It Cost?
Sessions can range any where between $40 and $80, depending on type, frequency and length of the appointment.
